United States Shipping

We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service all of the time – which is why we are pleased to offer you free shipping on all orders in the United States, to all 50 states and US territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, US Minor Outlying Islands, and the US Virgin Islands! Just click the free shipping option when checking out, and that’s it – we’ll carefully pack up your order and quickly send it your way!
If our free option just isn’t fast enough, we also offer Expedited, 2-Day, and Next Day options as well!

We package and ship your products to you the same day you order

All orders that are placed before 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6pm EST or on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will ship the next business day.
Some specialty refrigerated products need extra care while shipping, so those might ship the day after ordering.
Our same-day shipping is not applicable on a major US holiday, such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
You’ll get an email confirmation once we ship your package, so you’ll know where your order is en route to your doorstep.

Free Shipping:

Our customers get their packages within 2-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

For a flat rate of $5, you can expect your order in 1-4 business days.

Two Business Day Shipping:

If you want your order in two business days, we can get it to you for $12.

Next Business Day:

In a rush? We can get you your order the next business day for $25. Keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
The above shipping rates are only applicable to shipments within the United States. For international orders, please see the international shipping section below.

International Shipping

We love our international customers just as much as our domestic ones, but due to customs and other costs, we’re unable to provide free shipping for international orders. All international orders shipping will be calculated in USD currency and based on order weight and delivery address.
Shipping costs calculated on our website are typically accurate, but there may be times when the original cost is incorrect. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges before fulfilling your order.
Our international orders may take anywhere from 14-21 business days to land on your doorstep.

Please keep in mind that certain products and brands have restrictions on shipping internationally – currently, the brand DaVinci Labs prohibits international shipping.


DHEA, pregnenolone, and progesterone products are not allowed through customs in Canada. If you place an order with these products for shipment to Canada, we will contact you to let you know we’re unable to ship and remove them from your order.


When you order from, you are considered the importer of record. Please be sure to understand your local custom laws – we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees associated with your local customs office. You must comply with all laws and regulations in the country of which you are receiving your order. Please contact your local customs office for information concerning your shipment.
Please keep in mind that any additional charges for customs clearance best be paid by you – policies and laws vary greatly from country to country. Please understand you are held liable for understanding your local customs laws, and are responsible for the risk of government seizure, delay of shipment, and any and all additional duties, fines, and taxes.
